How much does it cost to sell on Wavesel?
It’s completely free to create an account and list products. We only charge a 0% fee when you make a sale. No monthly fees, no setup costs.
Which payment methods are supported?
We support Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD, mobile money) and Flutterwave (cards, mobile money, bank transfer, crypto). Buyers can also pay with USDT and other cryptocurrencies depending on your setup.
How do I receive my earnings?
All earnings go into your wallet balance after deducting our 0% fee. You can withdraw to your Nigerian bank account, crypto wallet, or via Paystack/Flutterwave. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
How does Telegram automation work?
When a buyer purchases a Telegram product, our system automatically generates a one-time invite link and sends it to the buyer's email. No manual work needed. Expired subscriptions are also automatically removed.
Can I sell physical products?
Yes! We support 10 physical product categories including Vehicles & Automobiles, Phones & Gadgets, Fashion, Electronics, Furniture, Food & Agriculture, Health & Beauty, Property, Sports, and Books. Each category has specific attribute fields to describe your item.
How do download links work?
After a successful payment, buyers receive a secure download link via email. Links expire after 48 hours and can be downloaded a limited number of times (set by the seller). This protects against link sharing.
What if a buyer doesn't receive their product?
First check your Orders page to confirm payment was processed. If payment shows "Paid" but delivery failed, contact our support team with the order reference. We’ll investigate and resolve within 24 hours.
Can I use my own Telegram bot?
Yes! Under Seller Dashboard > Telegram Bot, you can configure your own bot token per channel. Otherwise, the platform bot handles automation for you.
How do coupons and discounts work?
Go to Dashboard > Coupons to create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes. You can set usage limits, expiry dates, and restrict codes to specific products.
Is my store link customizable?
Your store is automatically available at https://wavesel.com/@yourusername. You can customize your store name, bio, banner image, and social links in Settings.
