Summary: Wavesel is a marketplace connecting sellers and buyers. We charge a 0% fee per transaction. You are responsible for your own products, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wavesel ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Platform Description

Wavesel is a digital commerce platform that enables creators and sellers to sell digital products, physical goods, subscriptions, and Telegram community access to buyers globally, with a focus on African markets.

We are not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers. We provide the infrastructure and tools to facilitate these transactions.

As a seller on Wavesel, you agree to:

Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes on their sales.

Platform Fee

Wavesel charges a 0% fee on every completed transaction. This fee is automatically deducted before crediting seller earnings to their wallet.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave). By making payments, you also agree to their terms of service. We do not store card details.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered. Physical product refund terms are set by individual sellers. We may mediate disputes at our discretion.

Sellers retain ownership of their products and content. By listing on the Platform, you grant us a limited license to display your products for the purpose of facilitating sales.

The Wavesel brand, logo, software, and Platform design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavesel shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harm to other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, outstanding wallet balances will be paid out after a 30-day review period, minus any owed amounts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
